Diese LP – ursprünglich ausgestrahlt in der Radiosendung „King Biscuit Flower Hour“ – stammt von Iggys Konzert im Agora Ballroom in Cleveland, Ohio, am 21. März 1977 (am Abend zuvor wurden zwei der Konzerte am selben Veranstaltungsort für TV Eye Live verwendet). Sie bietet eine deutlich bessere Klangqualität als das RCA-Livealbum, da sie im mobilen Studio der Rolling Stones aufgenommen wurde. Das Material stammt fast ausschließlich aus dem Backkatalog der Stooges; nur „Sister Midnight“, „Funtime“ und „Turn Blue“ stammen von den beiden von Bowie produzierten Alben.
