King Crimsons viertes Album, Islands, erschien ursprünglich 1971. Es war das letzte mit Gründungsmitglied und Texter Pete Sinfield. Als 2010 eine Remix-Version des Albums von Robert Fripp und Steven Wilson auf CD und DVD-A erschien, sehnten sich die Fans nach einer Vinyl-Version; 2018 erschien ein Vinyl-Boxset. Nun erscheint das Album als eigenständiges Album auf Vinyl.
